Anthy O'Brien
Co-Founder, President & CEO
Leading the charge is familiar to Anthy O'Brien, President & CEO of Top Speed Data Communications, since its inception in 2002. With over 40 years in the technology business, she's held various leadership positions beginning with Pacific Telephone in 1971. Anthy's mission for Top Speed Data is to work with business customers to streamline their technology networks and create custom-tailored solutions focusing on cost and time savings.
Before Top Speed Data Communications, Anthy managed a Project Management Consulting firm and successfully led telecommunications projects. Her passion for technology is as strong today as when she began her career in the early '70s. "We take our role as an independent technology consultant seriously and free our customers from the meticulous detail of designing their network and selecting the services and carriers that are best suited to meet their needs. We work with them from negotiating the contract and project management through implementation and support. Technology is our core business; it's all we do."

Glenn Illian
Co-Founder SVP of Technolgy
As a founding member of Top Speed Data Communications, Glenn prides himself in staying on top of the latest changes in the telecommunications field. His diverse expertise, gained over the past 40 years, makes him the "go-to" person when designing complex data networks and remote access solutions for customers. It is common for customers to seek his advice and consultation on improving their network design and gaining a competitive edge.

Whether scaling the summit of Mt. Shasta, descending into the depths of the Grand Canyon, or exploring the remotest areas of the Sierra Nevada, Mark enjoys exploring new terrain.
As a partner at Top Speed Data Communications, Mark enjoys working with the team to develop new and innovative approaches to employ technology to solve business problems for clients. With over 25 years in the industry, Mark draws upon experience spanning various industries. Mark takes pride in the many long-term customer relationships he has built, many dating back to 2002 when he joined Top Speed Data.

Allan J. Jaffe
Vice President – Technology
Allan Jaffe joined Top Speed Data Communications in 2002 as a Network Design Consultant, bringing over 30 years of telecommunications knowledge and expertise. Allan began his career at Pacific Telephone and held positions in Installation & Maintenance, Special Services, and Sales. His last position at SBC was Vice President of Industry Markets. Before joining Top Speed Data Communications, Allan served in executive positions at NorthPoint Communications and New Edge Networks.

Debra Mattson
Senior Technology Advisor
For over 30 years, Debra Mattson has enjoyed working with her customers, including financial institutions, healthcare, and insurance, to mention a few.
During her telecom career, Debra has held various positions, including an installer, engineer, and Provisioning Manager, where she led teams responsible for voice and data network installations for small and medium-sized businesses. Debra earned a certificate in Technology Management from California State University at Sacramento.
Debra joined Top Speed Data Communications in 1999 as a Network Design Consultant and owner/partner. Debra cites that the fast pace of the technology world keeps her excited and engaged in her position.

Kelly Lightner
Vice President – Operations
Before joining the Top Speed Data team in 2018, Kelly had over 12 years of large corporate experience. She began her career as a 1099 Compliance auditor for large companies, working directly with Procurement, Legal, and Risk. She has been a Senior Operations Manager for a large global client managing the US / Puerto Rico and Canada for the last seven years. While in this role, she was dedicated to streamlining processes, reducing cycle times, implementing new innovative ways to improve the client experience, and building a successful team. Her dedicated Procurement and Operations background will ensure that the back-office duties and processes are efficient so that our Sales Agents can hit the road running.
